1. I genuinely love working for you and strive to be kind and understanding in all interactions. I ask for the same in return.2. Any form of aggression, harassment, or persistent negativity, whether private or public, may unfortunately lead to the cancellation of your commission without a refund, and may also result in blacklisting. While rare, in difficult situations, I reserve the right to share public screenshots of such incidents for awareness, without concealing identities.3. Your thoughts and feelings about your commission are important to me! Please feel welcome to share any feedback or concerns constructively.4. I'm always approachable and happy to help. If you have any questions or need to request a specific use of my artwork, please don't hesitate to reach out. XOXO5. I retain the copyright to all my creations.6. I reserve the right to use any of my artwork, including but not limited to works-in-progress (WIPs) and finished pieces, for my portfolio and promotional content across my social media profiles (like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), whenever and however I choose.7. I typically don't include my signature or watermarks on commissioned pieces unless you specifically ask me to. Hence, it's important to credit me whenever you share or use my artwork anywhere online or offline.8. Please avoid posting my work without proper credit, or if you are not the intended owner of the art piece. If you'd like to share a piece I made that isn't yours, kindly ask for permission from either the commissioner or me first.9. I reserve the right to contact a commissioner if I notice my artwork is being used in a way that wasn't agreed upon (for example, using a personal-use artwork for commercial purposes). In such cases, I may ask for an explanation or request additional payment if necessary.10. Please do not reproduce, modify, or distribute my artworks without my explicit permission or without purchasing the appropriate commercial license.11. My art is a product of heart, hard work, and skill. Please do not use my artworks to train or feed any artificial intelligence (AI) models, or for any other AI-related purposes.

Usage Policy

General1. Please let me know how and where you plan to use your commissioned artwork from the start (e.g., if for commercial or not etc.)2. If you intend to use the artwork for any commercial purpose, it's important that I know the specifics (e.g., website, establishment, product, etc.). This way, we can ensure the appropriate commercial rights are discussed.3. Please do not resell my artwork without commercial rights or permission. ALWAYS ASK FOR MY PERMISSION. Otherwise, I'll have to contact you either privately or publicly.Specific Artwork UsageHere's a breakdown of how different types of art can typically be used. If your intended use isn't listed or falls outside these guidelines, then let us talk! <3A. Static and Animated Emotes: Feel free to use these as intended for your personal streaming or chat platforms. However, please do not use them as commercial stickers, merchandise for sale, or commercial thumbnails, unless we've discussed and agreed upon it, or you've obtained a commercial license from me. (More details on "Commercial Use" are available in my FAQs).B. Illustrations (Chibi & Non-Chibi): You're welcome to use these exceptB1. Commercial Use Without Agreement: Please do not use them for any commercial purposes unless a commercial fee has been paid or we've specifically agreed upon it. (Please see my FAQs for "Commercial Use" definitions).B2. Thumbnails: Using these illustrations as channel thumbnails or any kind of commercial thumbnails requires my prior permission or agreement.C. PNG Models: Please use these models as we've discussed for their intended purpose. If you'd like to use them in any other way, just ask for my permission first!Copyright InfringementI put a lot of heart into my art, and respecting my copyright protects my work. The following actions are considered copyright infringement, and I reserve the right to take necessary action to address them:1. Unauthorized Reproduction or Sale: Reproducing or selling my artwork, either physically or electronically, for profit without obtaining commercial rights or explicit permission from me is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, using my art for t-shirt designs, stickers, pins, book covers, and similar merchandise.2. Claiming My Art as Your Own: Presenting my artwork as if it were created by you is a violation.3. Lack of Proper Credit: Failing to properly credit me when using my works (whether for non-commercial or commercial content, or for profit purposes) is considered infringement.4. Altering or Removing Watermarks: Modifying or removing any intended watermarks on my art pieces without my knowledge or consent.5. Unauthorized Alteration: Any alteration of my artwork in any form without my express permission is strictly prohibited.6. Absolutely No AI Use: This is very important to me: Please DO NOT use my artwork to feed, train, or interact with any Artificial Intelligence (AI) program. My art is not for AI.

Revisions

1. Minor revisions on the commission are allowed and free while it is active or underway. Otherwise, the revision fee will apply which is computed based on the complexity.2. I reserve the right to ask for an additional fee if I deem that a revision is considered a major one. ( e.g redraw, redoing layers of the art, changing angle, art style changes, etc.)3. Revision fees vary from the complexity of adjustments needed to be made.

Commission Process

1. Payment upfront to secure a slot is a must. However, I'm always open to payment arrangements, so we can discuss it.2. If possible, which depends on my queue, I will provide an estimated date of when I can start your artwork and constant updates once I’m working on your commissioned artwork/s.3. Completion may depend on the complexity of your artwork or your place on my list.4. Commissions are done in the order they are received. A rush fee can be applied if my schedule is tight and you have a strict or specific deadline, so please let me know if you have one or not.5. Unexpected delays may happen due to real-life reasons. However, I will communicate no matter what by posting on my social media (mainly on X or Twitter).6. Due to the number of commissions plus in real life stuff, I will be able to start a commish piece in approximately 4-5+ weeks if you are on a later list or queue.7. The estimated turnaround time for each piece is 2-3 weeks once I'm working on your commission. While for complicated commishes such as big illustrations, animations, and a 2D Model, it may take 5-6 weeks or more, depending on my queue.P.S Rush commissions do not mean quality is compromised. I make sure that the outcome is satisfactory and is high quality. Of course, within the agreed deadline <3
Moreover, I only accept rush comms if my schedule isn't tight.

Cancellation and Refund

1. STRICTLY No Cancellations on fully, partially paid, or reserved commission/s. Please only transact if you are fully sure. <32. You agree to the NO REFUND POLICY once you have sent the payment to me. Or, once you've settled a PayPal invoice I sent you. Or, when you agreed to be added to my queue or list. Unless I decide to refund/cancel based on my discretion.

FAQs - Commercial Use

1. Do you allow commercial use of your artwork?-- Yes! Given that you have obtained my permission, or you have paid for it.2. How much are your commercial rights?-- It is an additional 200% of the total price.3. What is the scope of your commercial rights?-- Good question. Anything that can make you gain profit through selling or advertising. Plus, they are not limited to book covers, pins, stickers, and other merchandise. We can further discuss this matter via direct messages on my social media. Please refer to my Usage Policy for more information.4. Should I credit your artwork even if I obtained commercial rights?-- Yes, please! Credit me all the time.5. What if the pieces I bought commercial rights for have sold a lot? Would you ask for a commission or a percentage?-- Nope! As long as you have obtained the rights to sell them from me legally and officially.6. Do you waive commercial fees?-- Yes! I can waive them at my discretion. However, please note that I only do this in rare, special situations. Please do not initiate requesting waived commercial fees because I voluntarily decided on this matter.

FAQs - Payment

1. Do you take bank transfers?-- I can only take bank transfers if you are from the Philippines via Instapay. If you are located overseas, PayPal is my only mode of payment.2. Do you accept other forms of eCheck aside from PayPal?-- Nope! So far, only PayPal eCheck is accepted. However, please note that paying through this option does not automatically secure you a slot as we need to wait for it to clear in 7-14 working days, depending on your bank or PP’s clearing process. Please make sure your source account is fully funded until the clearing process is complete.3. How would I know that you have received my PayPal eCheck payment?-- You will receive an email from PayPal confirming that your eCheck has cleared and the amount has been added to my PayPal account. I will also provide a screenshot of the confirmation that I will receive from PP if applicable.4. Can I refund my payment?-- As much as I would love to, I have a NO REFUND POLICY unless I HAVE VOLUNTARILY decided to do it.

FAQs - Secrecy Fees

1. What is a Temporary Secrecy Fee?-- The temporary secrecy fee means you do not want me to post the artwork, including but not limited to WIPs, final product, being excluded from my portfolio, or samples for a certain period (short period only, under 5 months).2. What is a Permanent Secrecy Fee?-- The permanent secrecy fee means you do not want me to publish the artwork and anything related to it, including but not limited to its WIPs, etc. And I cannot post it or include it in my portfolio PERMANENTLY.

Non-Disclosure & Privacy Agreement

1. I'm not allowed to disclose the names of my clients to anyone without their knowledge/permission. This includes confirming whether a specific person has an active commission with me. The only exemption is if I know both of you and I can confirm your relationship/connection, or if you can prove your relationship/connection; otherwise, the answer would be none (not yes or no).2. If you are locked out of your account and need to use another social media account to ask for updates, kindly verify your information by providing proof of payment and the commission references you initially sent for me.3. Any information leaks/enquiries regarding past and existing clients will not be entertained.4. Private conversation is considered sensitive and shall not be provided publicly or to anyone, unless warranted.5. You agree that names, addresses, or contact information appearing on the direct or invoice payments, either from your side or mine, are considered sensitive and should not be made public or disclosed to anyone.6. Violators will be banned. Depending on the severity, you agree that I must warn others by any means, including but not limited to posting on my socials.

and GCash (for my wonderful clients within PH)You're also welcome to use PayPal if you're a local PH client!1. All PayPal payments are in USD. For payments made via GCash, Maya, or Bank Transfer, I'll follow the current USD-to-PHP conversion rate at the time of payment.2. A PayPal Invoice is a must. Otherwise, please lemme know.3. Payments sent via PayPal eCheck need to fully clear before your commission slot is confirmed or work begins. This process can take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days, or sometimes even longer. Otherwise, avoid using this method.4. If you've reserved a commission slot, I reserve the right to follow up regularly on your payment.5. Unauthorised chargebacks are not allowed!
