GENERAL TERMS1. Please be nice all the time because I'm always nice and sweet to everyone. <32. Any forms of aggression, harassment or negative attitude towards me, either privately or publicly, may result in commission cancellation with no refund and blacklisting. Moreover, in a rare situation if needed, I may have to post screenshots of the incident publicly without concealing your identity for awareness. :(3. Everything must be communicated. I'd appreciate 101% transparency, so I know what you are thinking and feeling about the commission. I don't bite so please be open to me. XOXO4. I'm very understanding and approachable. So, please don't be shy or hesitate to ask permission from me if needed, most importantly if it's about my artworks. I don't mind giving you favourable exceptions if we are good friends or close already. XOXOCOPYRIGHT1. I, the artist, reserve all the rights to use my artworks for promotional or content purposes, however and whenever I want on my social media profiles, including but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.2. My promotional purposes activities include but are not limited to posting my work in progress (WIP) commissions, finished artworks, etc.3. I don't put my signature or watermarks on a commissioned piece/s unless requested. Hence, please CREDIT ME when you post or use my artworks anywhere and anytime.4. Please refrain from unauthorised posting of my works without crediting me, or if you are not the intended user of the art piece/s. If you do, make sure to seek permission first from the commissioner or me, the artist.5. I have the right to approach the commissioner when I notice that my work is not being used as agreed (e.g., using a non-commercial artwork for commercial purposes, etc.) and demand explanation or additional payment if I deem it as needed.6. Please do not in any way reproduce, modify, or distribute my artworks without my permission or without availing the commercial fee.7. Please do not use my artworks to feed and train an AI. Keep my arts away from anything AI-related.

USAGE POLICYGENERAL1. Please state where and how you are going to use the commissioned art pieces/s, so I'm aware of every aspect of it.2. For commercial uses, I have the right to know where and how you are going to use them. (E.g., which website, establishment, etc.)SPECIFICSA. Static and Animated Emotes: Use them as you wish except using them as stickers (commercial), merchandise (for selling), thumbnails (commercial use), or any other uses which were not discussed require permission from me or a commercial fee. ( Please see FAQs for "Commercial Use" )B. Normal Illustrations ( Chibi & Non-Chibi ): Use them however you like, except for.b1. When commercial use is not paid for or agreed upon. ( Please see FAQs for "Commercial Use" )
b2. Channel thumbnail or any kind of thumbnails for commercial purposes, if not agreed upon or if you have no permission from me.C. PNG Models: Use them as intended. Otherwise, please ask for permission from me.INFRINGEMENTI consider the following scenarios as copyright infringement, and I reserve the right to take all the necessary actions to deal with any of the following:1. Any form of reproduction or selling of my artwork/s either physically or electronically to gain profit without obtaining commercial rights or permission from me, including but not limited to: TSHIRT DESIGNS, STICKERS, PINS, BOOK COVERS, ETC.2. Taking my artworks as your own.3. Not properly crediting me when you use my works (non-commercial & commercial) for content and profit purposes.4. Altering and removing intended watermarks on my art pieces without my knowledge or consent.5. Altering my art in any form without my permission is strictly prohibited.6. Using my ART to FEED or TRAIN an AI program. JUST PLEASE DO NOT!

PAYMENTMy main mode of payment is PayPal (worldwide).Maya, Bank Transfer, and GCash for local PH clients. Or, PayPal.PayPal Guidelines:1. All payments are in USD only. While for my lovely fellow PH clients, current USD conversions to PHP are followed if you opt to pay through GCash, Maya & Bank Transfer (Instapay only).2. A PayPal Invoice is a MUST for every commission, unless otherwise requested but is subject for my approval.3. Payment through PayPal eCheck needs to clear first and reflect before a slot is given. This usually takes 7-14 working days or longer. For your convenience, please avoid sending payments through this method as much as possible because it may bounce or get delayed for a long time. Please also make sure that your bank account has enough balance until the clearing process is completed, or else it will fail.4. I reserve the right to follow up on payments if you have reserved a slot.5. Unauthorised chargebacks or refund requests on PayPal will be dealt with accordingly, TOS will be provided during the dispute, and screenshots of our DM/CHAT conversation will also be provided.

REVISIONS1. Minor revisions on the commission are allowed and free while it is active or underway. Otherwise, the revision fee will apply which is computed based on the complexity.2. I reserve the right to ask for an additional fee if I deem that a revision is considered a major one. ( e.g redraw, redoing layers of the art, changing angle, art style changes, etc.)3. Revision fees vary from the complexity of adjustments needed to be made.

COMMISSION PROCESS & COMPLETION1. Payment upfront to secure a slot is a must. However, I'm always open to payment arrangements, so we can discuss it.2. If possible, which depends on my queue, I will provide an estimated date of when I can start your artwork and constant updates once I’m working on your commissioned artwork/s.3. Completion may depend on the complexity of your artwork or your place on my list.4. Commissions are done in the order they are received. A rush fee can be applied if my schedule is tight and you have a strict or specific deadline, so please let me know if you have one or not.5. Unexpected delays may happen due to family, academics, health, unforeseen circumstances, etc. However, I will communicate no matter what by posting on my social media (mainly on X or Twitter).6. The estimated turnaround time for each piece is 2-3 weeks once I'm working on your commission. While for complicated commishes such as big illustrations, animations, and a 2D Model, it may take 5-6 weeks or more, depending on my queue.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY1. STRICTLY No cancellations on fully, partially paid, or reserved commission/s.2. You agree to the NO REFUND POLICY once you have sent the payment to me. Or, once you've settled a PayPal invoice I sent you. Or, when you agreed to be added to my queue or list. Unless I decide to refund based on my discretion.

FAQs - COMMERCIAL USE1. Do you allow commercial use of your artwork?-- Yes! Given that you have obtained my permission, or you have paid for it.2. How much are your commercial rights?-- It is an additional 175% of the total price.3. What is the scope of your commercial rights?-- Good question. They are not limited to book covers, pins, stickers, and other merchandise. We can further discuss this matter via direct messages on my social media. Please refer to my Usage Policy for more information.4. Should I credit your artwork even if I obtained commercial rights?-- Yes, please! Credit me all the time.5. What if the pieces I bought commercial rights for have sold a lot? Would you ask for a commission or a percentage?-- Nope! As long as you have obtained the rights to sell them from me legally and officially.6. Do you waive commercial fees?-- Yes! I can waive them at my discretion. However, please note that I only do this in rare, special situations. Please do not initiate requesting waived commercial fees because I voluntarily decided on this matter.

FAQs - PAYMENT1. Do you take bank transfers?-- I can only take bank transfers if you are from the Philippines. If you are located overseas, PayPal is my only mode of payment.2. Do you accept other forms of eCheck aside from PayPal?-- Nope! So far, only PayPal eCheck is accepted. However, please note that paying through this option does not automatically secure you a slot as we need to wait for it to clear in 7-10 working days depending on your bank or PP’s clearing process.3. How would I know that you have received my PayPal eCheck payment?-- You will receive an email from PayPal confirming that your eCheck has cleared and the amount has been added to my PayPal account. I will also provide a screenshot of the confirmation that I will receive from PP if applicable.4. Can I refund my payment?-- As much as I would love to, I have a NO REFUND POLICY unless I HAVE VOLUNTARILY decided to do it.5. I sent the wrong amount. What do I do?-- If you accidentally overpaid, I would return the extra amount immediately. However, if you mistakenly underpaid the due amount, I’d appreciate it if you could send the rest of the payment. XOXO

Non-Disclosure Statement1. I'm not allowed to disclose the names of my clients to anyone without their knowledge/permission. This includes confirming whether a specific person has an active commission with me. The only exemption is if I know both of you and I can confirm your relationship with each other; otherwise, the answer would be none (not yes or no).2. If you are locked out of your account and need to use another social media account to ask for updates, kindly verify your information by providing proof of payment and the commission references you initially sent for me.3. Any information leaks/enquiries regarding past and existing clients will not be entertained.4. Private conversation is considered sensitive and will not be provided publicly or to anyone, unless necessary.5. You agree that names appearing on the invoice payments, either from your side or mine, are considered sensitive and should not be made public or disclosed to anyone.6. Violators will be banned. Depending on the severity, you agree that I must warn others by any means, including but not limited to posting on my socials.
